Exhibitor and Sponsorship Policies
Payment Policy
You will receive an invoice shortly after submitting the registration form. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date to ensure your exhibit space and/or sponsorship is reserved.
Travel costs to and from the event are not included in the registration fee(s).
Exhibitor Policy
Exhibit space will include one booth space (or table) with electrical drop. Shipping instructions will be provided closer to the event date. Exhibitor setup will start at 3pm on Monday, March 2nd and close at 11am on Wednesday, March 4th. The tradeshow is co-located inside the event dining area and will run throughout the event. Dedicated tradeshow time will be built into the participant’s schedule.
The NetConnect event will be closed to exhibitors/sponsors, however you are invited to participate in all meals and evening social events.
The exhibitor registration fee of $1,995 includes 1 booth, 1 attendee, 2 nights at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta March 2-3, 2020, event meals, parking and 2 social events. You may bring one additional exhibitor attendee for $995 which includes 2 nights at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta March 2-3, 2020, event meals, parking and 2 social events. Each exhibitor attendee must complete their own registration form.
If you would like to do a drawing at your booth, we will conduct all drawings during dinner on Tuesday, March 3rd.

Sponsorship Policy
Sponsorship opportunities will be assigned on a first come first-served basis.
All sponsorships will include your company name (or logo) on event signage and 5 minutes to speak at the dinner on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 to highlight your company.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your NetConnect exhibitor registration by submitting our event contact form at least 30 days prior to the event, or no later than February 1, 2020. All exhibitor cancellation requests received on or before February 1, 2020 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Exhibitor cancellation requests received after February 1, 2020 are non-refundable. You may transfer your exhibitor registration to another person in your company at any time by submitting our event contact form.
Privacy Policy
By registering for this Safe Systems event, you agree to receive email notifications about that event. Safe Systems reserves the right to use event photographs of any NetConnect attendee, exhibitor or sponsor in future promotional materials. Safe Systems assumes no liability for the acts of its attendees, exhibitors or sponsors nor for the safety of any NetConnect participant while traveling to or from this event.
