Registration Policies

Payment Policy

You will receive an invoice shortly after registering for the event. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date to ensure your seat is reserved.

Pre-Conference Training Fee — The pre-conference training fee of $495 includes your training, breakfast, lunch and one-night hotel stay at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta on March 1, 2020.

NetConnect 2020 Registration Fee — The NetConnect 2020 registration fee includes your entry into the conference, event meals, and two-night hotel stay at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta on March 2-3, 2020.

Travel costs to and from the event are not included in the registration fee(s).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your NetConnect registration by submitting our event contact form at least 30 days prior to the event, or no later than February 1, 2020. All cancellation requests received on or before February 1, 2020 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellation requests received after February 1, 2020 are transferrable, but non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person in your institution at any time by submitting our event contact form.

Privacy Policy

By registering for a Safe Systems event, you agree to receive email notifications about that event. Safe Systems reserves the right to use event photographs of any NetConnect attendee in future promotional materials. Safe Systems assumes no liability for the acts of its exhibitors or sponsors nor for the safety of any NetConnect participant while traveling to or from this event.
